You can’t be wrong with our Chopsuey & Pinakbet.

Only the freshest vegetables that compose our beloved veggie dishes. Our Chinese style Chopsuey is prepared with chicken & chicken liver (when available). While the Pinakbet is flavored with smoked fish (Tinapa), it comes with bits and pieces of chicken & or pork meat.

Pinakbet without Alamang (Shrimp Paste)? Yes, it’s the Ilocano style of preparing this veggie dish - the dish that originated in the Ilocos region.

A Filipino meal is not complete without a soup.

We boast our Sinigang na Boneless Bangus because it is sourced from Bonuan in Dagupan City - home of the best Bangus in the Philippines! Our choice pork ribs is so tender that it falls of from it bones. Both dishes are adorned with the freshest seasonal vegetables and seasoned tastefully well.

Served in the the traditional Banga (Clay Pot) to complement the tradional way of cooking Sinigang.

RICE

Breakfast. Lunch. Dinner. We Filipinos just love rice!

The Thai Jasmine Rice or Thai Fragrant Rice is the variety that we use. Maybe it is just steamed, or cooked with fried garlic, or prepared as a Java, our rice complements pleasantly with our Silog Meals, the Pastil, the House Specials, and other entree of your choosing.

Because it is so great, you will want more for seconds.

Our culture is known for eating for more than 3 times a day. And in between those meals, the Merienda is a must .
